As a valued member of our Cabinet Hardware Distribution Sales team, you will support the Eastern U.S. (Maine to Florida) and Mississippi and Alabama by promoting Accuride products to architectural professionals. You will help architects, designers and specifiers define their needs, provide technical information, make specification recommendations, and further build relationships by providing product updates and training.
The effective management of your territory requires that you have proficient oral and written communication skills and demonstrate an ability to negotiate and problem solve for positive results. You will be expected to manage your territory as a business by gathering market information, submitting accurate reports, operating within your travel budget, maintaining customer and target account lists, etc. You will be required to conduct business from your home office and you travel within your territory approximately 50% of the time.
Your experience must include:

A minimum of 1 year sales/marketing experience working with architectural professional customers (architects, designers, specifiers). Prefer 5+ years experience.

Proficiency in the use of standard office PC software (MS Word and Excel); experience with design software (i.e. Autocad) a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Business/Marketing preferred or other related disciplines (or equivalent experience)
Candidates must reside in the DC – NYC – Boston corridor to be considered. Major markets are DC, NYC, Boston, Charlotte and Miami. No relocation is provided.

As an OEM Marketing Manager, you will be charged with researching, establishing, directing and coordinating project, marketing and sales activities necessary to generate new business for identified markets. There will be significant customer interfacing and communication along with coordination with their functional groups and our internal departments (i.e. engineering, sales, pricing, marketing, etc.). You will also be interfacing and communicating with Accuride’s European Team on a regular basis.
As a strategic thinker, you will identify key issues, and formulate strategies, goals and objectives for assigned products/markets. You will develop annual marketing plans for assigned areas and collaborate with internal and external groups to drive and lead associated sales growth. This position may require you to direct 1 to 2 interns or support personnel. Collaboration with production and manufacturing will be required.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing. An engineering or technical degree is a plus.

5+ years experience developing and marketing manufactured mechanical or electromechanical products.

Strong attention to detail with exceptional statistical and organizational skills.

Summary:
Manage defined geographic sales territory for direct OEM and Industrial / Electromechanical distributors in order to achieve sales volume and revenue consistent with company objectives.
Job Functions:

Responsible for selling Accuride products and services directly to OEM account and through distributors and resellers.

Manage and direct the sales channels to achieve revenue and profit goals within the territory.

Work independently and take responsibility for setting and accomplishing territory goals.

Train distributor personnel, including outside sales, inside sales, management and warehouse personnel.

Respond competently to complex customer engineering requirements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience selling hardware or component products. Experience to include selling products to OEM accounts and through Distribution channels including products such as functional hardware, fasteners, electronics, and industrial supply items.

Familiar with engineered products sale concepts, practices, and procedures.

Effective and persuasive communication and presentation skills in a variety of settings.

Demonstrated strong ability to prospect new accounts. Ability to generate leads through research, planning and persistence.

Ability to develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.

We seek candidates who reside in the greater Dallas - Ft. Worth area. We are not supporting relocation expenses at this time. This position is based out of your home office. Job Description:

As a Product Design Engineer, you will be creating products from inception to prototype to meet specific customer and market needs. This includes developing new product components, assemblies and cross-sections. You will perform complex design activities which include: mathematical analysis of design elements; product testing and evaluation; design documentation; problem solving and troubleshooting; and overseeing the model building and testing process. You will also perform analysis on product test results and design in changes and enhancements based on your analysis.
Qualifications:

BSME and typically 6+ years design experience. Bring us your experience from a variety of industries or applications.

Creativity and experience in conceptualizing and new product development. Patents are a plus.

Experience in metal stamping, solid modeling, stress analysis, project planning and plastics design.

Advance math skills and strong analytical abilities.

An ability to perform complex design assignments and manage people on a project basis.

Strong written and oral communications skills in English. Mandarin or Spanish language skill is a plus.

Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software such as: SolidWorks, Inventor or Pro-E.
